Really bad experience interviewing here there was some SDE 3 guy in the LLD round who I don't know had a fight with his wife or something else was not here to interview and just wanted to reject and show off his technical prowess. He was just blabbering things like- you don't know this, what are you doing? Do you even know what are you saying? He was very intimidating and clearly lacked skills (Actually didn't had) to interview. I have seen these type of guys taking like this who have the shallowest knowledge base. I don't know how his colleague are working with him. He clearly had no manners to talk and definitely didn't knew how to take interview. These type of guys make the company culture and image bad although I have heard good things about swiggy. Initially thought that I should name the guy for community but I think that is not right so not naming the guy. Also hr team is useless as it is in most startups I conveyed them the issue but they started to say that it might be your fault that you don't know how to do lld.
