they asked me to talk about my favourite book.
Asked about my experience working at home, and with sales, in addition they also asked about previous call center experience.
They were really focused on the personality test - the candidates where not aware of the results - and sometimes it made the interview awkward.
Asked about my background/work history. Then just went over the mood boards.
Basic questions- why are you interested in teaching, what age group do you prefer to work with, what experience have you had in the classroom, etc.
How would you handle a difficult customer ?
