He will ask a few basic interview questions but nothing too difficult. Most of them were 'Why should I hire you?' and 'How will you respond if you disagree with a superior?' The least expected question that he asks everyone is 'What is one misconception people have about you?' This one caught me off guard. Just don't respond with anything that would offend a weekly church-goer (as most employees here are)
