Behavioral questions were all the standard ones that you get for an EM. I don't recall the specific questions, but they asked questions to make sure that you can have a difficult conversation with employees
Multi stage interview each focusing on different areas. e. g system design, people management, technical discussions around engineering
In addition to standard questions, I received a couple written case studies where I was asked to give my thoughts on how to proceed. Another person asked me for feedback on their team structure. Interesting questions, but fairly unusual.
