Terrible experience. spent 3 hours on a take home assignment and then got a generic rejection email with 0 feedback on what i did well / poorly. Waste of my time and HR could at least have the courtesy of reaching out and giving feedback. or at least a call would have been nice instead of a generic rejection email.
