1st Telephonic round : Discussion was quite healthy and fiished with a good closure. 2nd Round Management : Mainly on leadership and manaement practices like decision making , motivation practices etc.. 3rd Round Technical : Unfortunatly wasn't my day ... 2 guys joined the discussion and asked to design a online book shop ... But they were not at all looking intersted to listen what are you saying... 1 of the guy was so busy in his laptop as if he is the only guy in amazon who works... common it was saturday and your main job was to focus on interview... that made me little annoyed... and on top of that he said he is in hurry do timiboxing few minutes blah blah blah... I really wonder can anybody in this whole world think about all the use cases of book store in few minutes... may be some extra ordenray person who are already in amazon ...like the guy who was interviwing :-) ... he only might have written the whole script of amazon... So conclusion here is if you are there for an interview please focus on the person who is standing before you leave your laptop aside... respect the time he has spared for you interview... he is also an employee in some company and may be doing much much better than what you are doing.... Analyze his previous history of work and take your time to think yes indeed it is possible that he might not have worked in some areas either due to his own interest or just the matter of time.
