In addition to the typical questions about your past experiences, reasons you left previous employer, identification of your strengths and weaknesses, and describing how you managed receiving critical feedback on a task, you will be asked to demonstrate your ability to solve basic high school level questions under pressure. For example these are the questions I was asked: "You are planning a party for a friends birthday and you want to buy enough snacks for the guests. You estimate that each guest will eat 3 snacks on average during the party. If you expect 20 guests to attend and wants to have an extra 10% of snacks as a buffer, how many snacks should you buy in total?" or "Mike is a contractor tasked with building a rectangular garden with a length of 12 feet and a width of 8 feet. He plans to place paving stones along the perimeter of the garden. If each paving stone measures 1 foot by 1 foot, how many paving stones will Mike need to complete the project?"
