The interview had behavioral questions related to scenarios while doing therapy: How will you deal with students with behavioral problems, How will you lesson plan for a student with an AAC device, Narrate a challenging experience while doing therapy, How will you handle a difference of opinion with the supervisor?
The question that stands out to me most in the interview was “how does a persons emotional intelligence or lack of factor in to the workplace environment?”
