Q. Describe a time when you had a conflict with your teammates. Other behavioral questions like this.
The first-round telephone interview was competency-based with the typical why commercial law, why dentons and tell me about a time when you demonstrated teamwork/overcome a challenge etc. Very predictable questions so they would expect you to be prepared (but not scripted ).
Tell me what we do in this division. It was hard to define all the job scope at once and quite hard to give details as well as that's what we're interning to find out.

I got asked: Teamwork? Attention To detail? Greatest Achievement ? Why good fit for programme? How would you enhance a process to solve a problem? Are you driven? How do you feel about working in a regulated industry?
I was asked some general questions such as why are you applying, what are your skills etc. Then I was presented with some practical situations, in which I had to pick an answer from multiple choices. Then there was one question in which I had to write an email in 4 minutes, also from a real life work scenario.
How would you define collaboration? And then the typical about your strengths, suitability and why you chose to apply.
