How you manage low and high performers
The hiring manager asked me to prepare a document and send it to her after the phone screen. During the interviews, I was presented with real job related scenarios and was asked to describe how I would react to them and address those. One very interesting part of the interview was with a very senior leader of the company who I believe was evaluating me by spending almost half the time in the interview wanting me to ask questions about the company and the job.
There were no trick questions. The presentation was a worst-case scenario that I had to present what I would do. More to understand my reasoning skills than to trip me up.

Aside from discussing skill set and qualifications, they asked scenarios and solutions in dealing with difficult partners. I was also asked for the third interview to create a 5-slide presentation from a prompt they provided.
