What is your experience with ERP Systems?
While most were relevant experience questions which were fine. One interviewer was was seeing was looking for specific answers to general questions and changed the topic before answers could be provided fully. It ended with ......so what is your perfect job.
What is your strength as a professional that could contribute to the role?
HR did not have any questions at all regarding my experience or qualifications to do the job but only focused on behavioral questions and how I would adapt to change. And HR was not able to answer my questions regarding the position but just said if selected to move on to the next interview I could ask those questions...left you not knowing much about next steps.
Cant share the details, but overall it's the same flow as every other TPM role interview. It sounded like the hiring manager was literally using interviews to generate ideas he can execute on or was lacking ability to resolve a situation.
