Case Study: Scenario: You have been selected to join Motoinsight in this role. Your mandate is to take on all Project Management responsibilities for ongoing implementation projects for new clients and large projects for existing clients (upgrades, new features, etc.). Project Management functions are currently being handled by the Product Management and Client Services teams. The available Project Management artifacts and documentation vary for each project based on size, complexity, the client’s expectations, and the maturity of the client’s own Project Management processes. There is a desire internally to formalize shared Project Management processes and artifacts so we can; • Improve consistency in our approach to project delivery, while remaining flexible • More effectively plan resourcing requirements and forecasting across all internal teams & functions • Reduce scope-creep and reactive decision making as a result of “surprises” that arise in the late-stages of a project Questions: 1) What is your 30-day plan for taking over the Project Management responsibilities on all existing projects that are currently in various stages of completion? 2) Present your recommended high-level Project Management process that you would implement, including a process diagram and a list of the critical sub-processes (i.e. change management) and artifacts (i.e. project status report) dictated by your plan. Provide a sample of 1 artifact template of your choice.

About Project Management tools Azure Devops Technical Skills
The hiring manager was looking for certain typical project management skills. Never showed up on Cam. The panel interviewers were looking for the same plus showed curiosity to understand more about my agile experience. There had their cam on , so it felt more interactive. A stakeholder interview was more to understand my agile experience etc. Again no camera on. So far it was all very normal but the interviews were spaced out. Then the Senior director who apparently was the decision maker had 2 rounds of interviews (never was on Cam) and he presented himself as super busy (checking emails, responding to chats). He was probably super confused by the way he ran the interview and paid little to no attention during the interview other than asking me to repeat the responses for the same questions. What a waste of time with this waste management company!
