This represents 3 months of hiring across Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and Infrastructure roles. Analyze the data and complete the following: Part 1: Insights & Diagnosis 1. 2. Identify 3-5 key insights from the data ○ What's working well? ○ What's broken or underperforming? ○ Where are we leaving opportunity on the table? Diagnose 2-3 specific problems in the funnel ○ What's causing these problems? ○ What evidence from the data supports your diagnosis? ○ What's the estimated impact if we fix this? Part 2: Recommendations 3. 4. Propose 3 actionable recommendations to improve hiring outcomes ○ What specifically should we do? ○ Why will this work? ○ What's the expected impact? ○ What's required to implement?
