Two of the meetings were just 2-way conversations wherein they gave me lots of opportunities to talk myself up when appropriate, and one meeting was meant to demonstrate my ability to construct & review an effective candidate search in LinkedIn Recruiter.
All situational questions but not open ended questions. The norm is "tell me about a time.. " These questions were "how do you deal with a difficult hiring manager.."
Technical questions followed by behavioral questions
Standard behavioral, sourcing, relationship management, etc.
Salary Expectation
They ask you to present on a sourcing challenge that they give you. There's no real "right" answer. It's a conversational presentation so that they can get a good understanding of the way that you think.
Most of the questions are based on recruitment and procedure. Last round was hard core Technical Round.
