One of the questions which stuck in my mind from the interview is as follows: Tell us about a time you have received poor feedback from your line manager and what you did to overcome it?
It seemed like they were required do a couple behavioral questions from an HR script.

How many percentage of your loans are self employed? What do you look for when approving a loan? What are layered risk?
Why do you want to work for us?
Name one innovation that you have brought to a job and how it improved things.
The interview was by phone. The first few minutes was "tell me about yourself". After that, it was about the job and the department. I believed it was such a good fit with my skill set and apparently they did too, as HR called the next day with an offer.
