Our House members are very difficult to work with and can be unprofessional. How would you deal with that?

How did you hear about this job opening?

Mainly asked about myself as a person, and my past experience, what I could bring to the team. There were no questions that I hadn't heard or thought of before. This is not a criticism, as it was an interview for a minimum wage job to be a waiter, understanding my experience, personality and attitude is basically all that is needed.
