There were no difficult or unexpected questions. They were all read from a copied off sheet of paper.
None of the questions were very difficult, because they were all questions people have listed here on Glassdoor, and I'd prepared answers.
Enacting on the spot was easiest and most difficult thing depending on what situation they tell you
Describe a time when you saw someone in need of help, how did you help and what was the outcome.
I found no question difficult or unexpected. Everything was straight forward and to the point.
