why should you be given a store to manage?
The second interview is good but you have to be careful. I interviewed with the district manager and we sat down and had coffee which of course makes you comfortable! The questions where more about you, volunteering, what your future plans are.
I wasn't sent to meeting with the store manager. Not really an interview just really a conversation. No really direct questions.
How do you schedule your partners, based on what? How do you know what to order? What do you look for in a future partner during an interview? Provide an example in which you had to coach a partner about something they are doing wrong?
