very little questions asked...the only main one was "would I prefer to work in the front of the store or the back?" This was a trick question in that she was expecting me to say the front because it was easier, but as she made me suspicious of her early on was pointless.
The interview is based on the STAR format. It helps to be up on current events because one stage of the interview was a casual conversation. They want to see how knowledgeable you are about what is going on in the world around you and that you are capable of holding a "real" conversation rather then simply a rehearsed interview . Also have knowledge about the company, what it stands for, what/who it benefits, and how each individual store benefits the community ( easily found by a quick Google search). It also helps to have a brief knowledge about the issues affecting the community that particular store serves.
