The questions throughout the process were very much focused on me, my previous experience, and how I approached tasks and challenges. One exemplary question that stood out was: "Can you share an example of a time when you had to navigate ambiguity and how you approached it?"
Questions focused on: 1) my experiences & skillsets, 2) why NeuroFlow and what I wanted in my next move, 3) personality and management style (specifically around ability to influence and follow-up on items). Also, there were some questions around what I do outside of work - they really wanted to know me as an entire person and not just a body to fill a seat.
