There seemed to be 2 types of interviewers - skills and fit interviewers. They asked *very* different questions - the hiring manager and the two people on the team asked specific scenario questions and dug into examples with me. The other two (that were not part of the team I was applying to join), asked culture questions, family questions, past job experience questions (best/worst experience, how you handled, what did you think of that). Not hard questions, but you were being evaluated all the same.
