When interviewing with a company, expect to answer questions about your knowledge of the industry, organization skills, decision-making skills, and ability to communicate effectively in a leadership position.
One question that stood out was how I would approach cleaning and organizing large datasets in Excel to ensure accurate marketing analysis. We discussed techniques like removing duplicates, using pivot tables, and leveraging functions like VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH to streamline data management.
I had to run a quantitative case study (very typical for this kind of role)

What is your German language knowledge?
There seemed to be 2 types of interviewers - skills and fit interviewers. They asked *very* different questions - the hiring manager and the two people on the team asked specific scenario questions and dug into examples with me. The other two (that were not part of the team I was applying to join), asked culture questions, family questions, past job experience questions (best/worst experience, how you handled, what did you think of that). Not hard questions, but you were being evaluated all the same.
