2,621 strategy manager interview questions shared by candidates

Round 1 was a very standard interview with the hiring manager with questions like why Doordash, why this role, some behavioural questions etc After this, I got an email from the HR with a Case Interview question that was to be completed within 24hours. The data consisted of a full month worth delivery data (over 18000+ rows). I spent a fair bit of time (almost the full day) preparing my recommendations and proposal slides. As a response all I got back from the HR was that "unfortunately we don’t feel that your answers reflect the perfect fit for the Strategy & Operations Manager, Canada position". After spending all day on a Doordash exercise, I was at-least hoping for a detailed feedback from the HR/ Hiring manager. Even after sending a reminder requesting a detailed feedback, Doordash recruitment did not consider investing even 10 mins to share their feedback even to the extent that the email was not even responded to. It clearly demonstrates that they really don’t care about candidates effort or time.
