Sales Scenario - Imagine you want to deploy a new routine for the sales reps, how do you handle someone who does not want to comply. COO questions - If more time was given to you, what kind of data would you like to see and how did you handle your data when you first saw it.
Business case development on how to deal with aspects of change management and give real life experience. Once examples were given, more specific technical questions were used and this was somewhat unsettling.
