Describe your design techniques
interviewed by 2 characters and it became apparent that I had more experience then them. they where only interested in talking and ask hardly any questions. one of them just observed and made only one statement telling me that I have to take orders from younger people. Telling him that I don't have problem with that as long it is reasonable would not convince him. needless to say I did not get the job. they are discriminating people by age. Mature and experienced applicants don't waste your time with them.
