I was asked general questions regarding the role I applied for. I was also asked to role play throughout some of my interviews. Role plays included scenarios with issues that could come up day to day, parents with frustrations or approaching fellow staff members with missed deadlines. Feedback was given on the spot.
How did you handle a situation with a person who was not in the correct state of mind.

What kind of music do you like?
very general they started by telling me about the company and why I should work there the asked me more about myself and why I would want to work there later on one of the VP's called me for another interview that was also very general
