Overall asking about experience with children, how to resolve conflict among the children, etc. After the interview the director will make you sit-in on a class for about 20 mins, and during this time you should be outgoing and actively watching and participating with the kids, as this is an additional part of the interview process.
Questions that were asked involved : What would you do in this situation _________ ? If you had a conflict with a coworker what would you do? When was a time you had an issue with a parent and what did you do? What does professionalism mean to you? etc...
What would you do if a child got hurt on your watch?
