It depends on the position you are applying for as openings are applied for, and the manager/supervisor questions. Most managers/supervisors are new as the previous were fired or left. Due to turnover, don't expect new managers who interview you to really know what happens in their dept as there is generally no exchange of information between previous mgr and new due to sudden departures.
