They wanted to know about my personality and how it would work well in the culture of the office and how I would work with existing employees. Also picked certain things from my resume to ask about and get a feel for my personality
The recruiter asked questions but didn't appear to understand the answers. Asked about 'devices.' Linux devices? Windows Server? Network routers and switches? I have some training and exp. with all. Recruiter didn't know what a network switch is. I explained that Cisco is the largest vendor worldwide and makes 'Catalyst' switches in wide use. Person didn't understand any of what I said. As if never heard of an Ethernet switch. Cat 9K are very common and cost thousands of dollars.
