All they asked me was why I want to work there, what is my desired salary, and what my availability was like. It was a relatively informal interview. They do however ask you to complete at least 2 weeks of training at a base pay to "test is you're a good fit." If you are offered this trail run, make sure you speak up after your 2 weeks so you can get officially hired. They don't really pay attention to how long you've been "training."
