We use a standard form. I do interviews, and have been interviewed. It is dumb stuff and we are boxed into what we are allowed to ask. A lot of questions about our experience.

1. Telephonic interview : Questions based on socket progamming, multi-threading & other library related concepts (static, dynamic, dependecies etc) 2. a. Merge sort for a billion of data. How to change it so that all cores can be used for this merge sort. b. There is a numeric keypad where 1 represents abc, 2 -> def, 3-> ghi so on. Given a n digit number , generate all possible strings. [ PS : 1 --> [abc] i.e. 1 means a or b or c but not abc together]
