The interview questions focused more around my leadership style and my thinking as opposed to bits and bytes questions. I was given scenarios and asked how I would change or do things differently based on specific circumstances. I appreciate the fact that the interview panel understood my technical background and preferred to focus more on what I could bring to the table as a manager. The questions were in-depth enough so that the interviewer was able to ascertain my levels of ability, but I was made to feel very comfortable.
