1st interview - What is LDAP - What is DNS? Their ports ? What protocol do they use? - How do i list hidden files? - What are the diff records in DNS? - Differences - A web server is running slow and I got alerted about it - Firstly, i don't have access to the server. How can I verify the server is up and running? - Secondly, Now you got access to the server and found out that it is short on storage. How would i troubleshoot? - What are inodes? - How do I check it? - What is the diff between top and htop - Also what do they display - How to copy files to a remote system? - What are public and private ips? - What are the different ways to get an IP address? - What is DHCP? What is mac address? How does ARP work? - How to schedule jobs in linux? - Tell me about a time when i had to learn something new in a short period of time? - Was give a log script and asked to print all the unique ips Loop 1st Interview Scripting Question. The only thing the recruiter asked me later was to confirm my background, and then explained that the client was actually looking for someone with in-house hospitality experience and 5+ years tenure in the same role — requirements that were never mentioned in the published JD.
