The interviewers were very good about asking job-specific questions and how you handle real work situations.
At least one of the interviews focused on behavioral/situational questions, such as: "tell me about a time when you worked as part of a group, how did you achieve your goal and what was your role in the group?"

They asked a lot of the generic interview questions, a few of them were, how will past expierence help you in this role, a time that you struggled on a project and a time when one of your projects made you proud of yourself.

They asked a couple of questions related to the role. Basic things, Behavioral questions, technical questions You would be asked to explain your thought process for the take home test

Another question focused on communication with executive leadership. Specifically, they asked how I approach informing C-suite executives and persuading them during presentations. I explained that I rely on data-driven insights, concise messaging, and strategic framing to ensure my recommendations are both well-received and actionable.
One of the key questions asked was to provide a brief summary of my professional background and to explain how my experience aligns with the requirements of the role. I emphasized the relevant areas of my background that directly support the position’s objectives.
