Introduce yourself. Why did you leave your last company (asked 3 times)? Why didn't you stay? Did you not see the value in staying? OK it was a fixed term contract, why didn't you stay? Was that your choice or theirs? You had a big role there and lots of responsibility, why do you want to leave? Why don't you psychologically analyse us here in this room? What is quirky about you (asked 3 times)? What type of people would you hire to work here? Why wouldn't you hire anyone from a corporate background? What are you giving up if you only choose to hire people from start-ups? Do you read? What do you like to read? Oh economics books, can you name one specifically? Can you recite any excerpts from the book? Why do you like those books? What are your weaknesses? What is the negative feedback you've gotten from past companies (asked twice but in different ways)? Tell me something I don't know about myself (based on our interaction).Why do you highlight your X skills, they're not that useful, what about your Y skills? Why would you not want to develop in your Y skills? Why do you want to work for Dozens? Do you have any feedback for us? I hope you didn't find the interview too distressing?
