Explain a time in which you and a co-worker had a dispute. How did you resolve the issue?
What makes you who you are Scenarios
Back Room Team Lead: more general questions like why do I want to work at Target, what my availability is, am I team player, etc. Store Manager: more hypothetical questions like: (1) if a pair of shoes are scanned incorrectly, what do I do as the cashier, (2) what is my thought process when dealing with an angry guest (at Target make sure to refer to customers as "guests"!), etc.
