The line of questioning from the start was very questionable. First of all, DaDaABC blatantly discriminates against South Africans, which is unbelievable in this day in age. Even though they are native English speakers, they are not considered "valid" applicants. I no longer hold the Canadian nationality, even though I was born and raised there. I had to prove that I had lost it. I should not have to go to such lengths to prove I am worthy of working for a school. My schooling in an English speaking country should be more than enough. I asked the recruiter about payment and the setup of a lesson. Apparently, each lesson is 30 minutes so you are expected to do ALL admin on your own time and will have no time between lessons. This would violate labour laws in Europe. Becuase it's online, the Chinese think they can get away with this... and so far it seems they are. Furthermore, I learned that any client (parent) of DaDaABC can watch any lesson but the teacher is neither informed nor even aware of this. This is a total violation of my privacy. Stay away from this school! Shut them down, please.
