How would working from home and remotely benefit the candidate?
I don't really remember what they have asked but they told me a lot of their department and its achievement. It was more like finding out if I really want to do the job as the suggested salary was shockingly low and their working benefits are far from ideals.

All the interviews with HR and managers went well and had good questions but when my prospective colleagues interviewed me, all they were interested in was if I could work in the office every day (meaning they did not accept me working from home, not even the 2 days according to the company policy.

They asked about my salary and payment expectations, and also my resume and previous experience that aligned with the job position.
