They had a question which initially looked very simple. However, once you answered it, there were multiple follow up questions in increasing order of complexity. I gave up after 4th level. But, it was interesting. I asked the interviewer for all the subsequent 2 levels of the same question. I kept thinking about the answers the whole night. Coming to think of it later, it was a nice way to judge a person's level of depth.

Tras mi postulación, primero me contactaron por teléfono para una breve entrevista inicial. Luego me enviaron una prueba técnica de programación(2 horas de duración). A continuación, tuve una sesión con Recursos Humanos, seguida de una entrevista técnica muy profunda, muchas preguntas de código y específicas. Después de todo ese proceso —al que dediqué tiempo y esfuerzo— no recibí ningún tipo de feedback, a pesar de haberles escrito para solicitarlo. Creo que, como candidato, merezco al menos un comentario que valore mi participación y me ayude a mejorar. La verdad que me ha dejado una decepción muy grande, no volvería aplicar en este lugar nunca más.

Tras mi postulación, primero me contactaron por teléfono para una breve entrevista inicial. Luego me enviaron una prueba técnica de programación(2 horas de duración). A continuación, tuve una sesión con Recursos Humanos, seguida de una entrevista técnica muy profunda, muchas preguntas de código y específicas. Después de todo ese proceso —al que dediqué tiempo y esfuerzo— no recibí ningún tipo de feedback, a pesar de haberles escrito para solicitarlo.
