Standard product, technical, analytical questions. They aren't hard if you (a) know your stuff and (b) know what they are looking for. You you are good with above then the issues usually to do with subjectivity in the process/person you get the day of interview.
Cant disclose due to NDA - but the questions were very basic level to the point that I didn't even remember them correctly as had prepared for advanced topics.

One thing you have to do is essentially a mock call of a clieng intro and kind of the process of support they can expect. Tough not knowing the company but they set you up with the information needed to be successful
Why Nutanix Technology experience like DataCenter management, Virtualization. Experience for Post Sales acct mgmt skill, escalation and critical situation handling. Communication style. Provide the actual report/deliverables at that time.
