They asked me lots of puzzle type questions. They wanted to know how I think more than what I knew.
They wanted me to debug code in Python - since I had it on my resume. Don't put something on your resume you can't do in front of the person interviewing you.
What would you do if a caller needed help with software that you've never heard of?
Asked about my experience and knowledge regarding IT and troubleshooting in general. They seemed to be more focused on getting to know my personality and what my "people skills" were like.
