How do you handle work conflict.
Give an example of a time when you felt you were asked to do something not in your job describe and how you handled it.
There were hardly any questions, as it was my first job. Everything was basic. i.e. What is your biggest weakness? Do you work well with others? etc.
How would you handle a student whos overwhelmed?
This would be working with other employees whose quality of work was not satisfactory for what the client was paying for. There were times I accepted a case as a fill in and would stay after my alotted time, just to complete the tasks correctly. I would notify my employer and they would authorize my overtime & work.
What are your experiences
One of the questions that I was asked, that stood out to me, was about the Gerontology class I took in school. The hiring manager discussed details of the study of Gerontological Sociology that showed an interest, passion and immense knowledge. The question was about handling certain privacy matters.
