they felt i was overqualified, they asked me if i wont get bored in this position. during the interview they continuously mentioned how they are expanding and hiring more people for more roles. they asked me a few questions how i would approach to do X or react in Y situations. they also told me they were impressed by my assignment during the in office interview (even though later on they decided to not proceed with me)
