It was Technical interview. They looked deeply into the practical knowledge on hardware. First they asked me to explain about the architecture of the microcontroller used in project and from there the threads of question will be asked [Que include – Difference b/w mc and mp; Explain ram, rom , Dram and sram; Explain mobile specifications; difference b/w cores of processors; level of cache memory; PCB and its layers ; Synchronous circuits; design mod 4 counter; What is FIFO and difference b/w FIFO and RAM; CMOS fundamentals; Expalin N-enhancement mos fet; what is DDR in ram; Explain differential amplifier; why base region in BJT is required ] The interview took 1hour. Third round – it was hr round and is chill. All questions were from resume. If you clear technical round then 85% selected.
