There were no unexpected questions. Everything was reletively predictable. There was a question regarding how I perceived my career in terms of the steps I chose and that was a good question I thought.

Their questions themselves weren't hard but were perhaps telling that their student population is rough: "How would you extend your professional development?" "Describe a time you had a bad experience with a student, and what you did wrong, and what you'd do differently now. Describe a time you had a bad experience with a student, but did something right."
