First Phone Interview: Standard Amazon questions, no personal questions, could be done by computer...(i understand that recruiting masses of peoplae must be standardized somehow, but at least we are humans...) Second phone interview: Some procedure though having a person on eye level on the other end of the line, who obviously felt totally uncomfortable because he had to rattle down the standard questions Personal Interview (Preparation): I was asked to answer the invitation frint up with a small essay which would be discussed in the interview.... ok, kind of assessment, more than fair. but they scheduled several meetings with different persons for a total time of 5-6 hours! incredible....
