I only made it to the Hiring Manager interview. He asked many in depth questions that I wasnt necessarily prepared for. One of which was how money markets worked within Aave. I wasnt sure at all to be honest. I feel like I came across as not knowing a lot about the subjact matter as he was asking a lot of financial based questions regarding how liquidity pools operate and function on a financial level as well as staking/borrowing. We got into talking about derivatives but he asked about if I traded on other decentralized exchanges rather than centralized ones and I havent really used DEX's before. Overall based on what I was told about the interview process I felt underprepared and feel like I came across as not being knowledgable about the field. Its quite unfortunate really .
