You need to write a technical description of two basic objects, both in Dutch and English, and make a comparison between the two. This way, writing as well as reasoning skills are assessed. They really want you to not only describe the "what", but also the "why", of certain design choices. It helps if you look at a couple of patent request online beforehand.
Lots of general questions about previous work, why I wanted to be a patent attorney, what my expectations are etc. Nothing exceptional.
