They definitely do the skill match assessment by asking lot of questions on the program design, they check for technical know-how for program design. For eg. If I m going to launch new innovation in next 3 months, how will i be preparing for it , must do's etc. If one is going to lead the team, then what kind of team management tools and initiatives that I will be using to build the team culture.
