What do you look for when building a team?
Describe the process of one of the projects you led end to end. Tell me how you prioritized the tasks. Tell me how you kept stakeholders updated with project progress. Tell me how you designed the end to end system architecture. Hypothetically, how would you design a live streaming service that serves large traffic when a celebrity/popular user live streams/publishes a pre-recorded video.

All behavioral questions... tell me about a time when... you solved a conflict? handled an impossible task? dealt with competing priorities? refined processes? delivered data-driven reporting to various levels? What was your approach?
Everything was behavioral based, 'describe a time when' type questions. A little frustrating because many just didn't apply. Some people are just pleasant and easygoing, and don't have disagreements with managers and peers to handle/overcome, or all of the obstacles typically in behavioral based questions.
