Tell me about your experience managing vendors.
The interviews I had were conversational and informational but my understanding is that additional interviews would include general cognitive ability, role-related knowledge, completing a task while sharing your screen, and potentially a brief meeting with the founders.
Scheduled through Calendly, the interview was set for a late hour, past midnight. Patiently, I awaited the appointed time, only to receive a last-minute cancellation from the interviewer, citing my lack of qualification. This experience left me frustrated, as it reflects poorly on the HR process of this company.
Standard interview questions. My role was specific to their consulting side, so there were lots of agile/waterfall project management type questions.
The interviewer asked standard project methodology questions, but did not seem interested in hearing actual answers.
